Lime putty is the most ancient glue. It’s a glue made by cooking little river rocks in a wood sawdust oven at a temperature between 900° and 1100°. The result is the lime (calcium oxide), adding water, after the shoutdown, it creates the lime milk. the lime milk matures naturally in tanks and becames putty lime. During the maturation never changes chemically but phisically: oxide calcium crystals that have hexagonal form stand in parallel line, this different microphysic sequence means that the material is stronger, solider, more persistent, easier to use than the lime not matured. The fact is that lime putty is completely natural and it hasn’t any complication or damages for the environment.
